Where is your clothing made?
All our products are made in the Northeast by us and our production partners. Many of our fabrics are also made in the USA, but you’ll find detailed traceability on individual product pages.

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship in 2-3 business days.
If your item is made to order, it will be noted in the item description. This means your clothing is cut and sewn just for you, and it’s an integral part of how we minimize waste and deadstock. Please allow 5-7 business days for made-to-order items to ship.
At any point, feel free to reach out to check the status of your order and get a tentative ship date at orders@kristinacollinsclothing.com.
Do you offer free shipping?
All items ship for a flat rate of $10 within the US.
Why are some of your products made to order?
Manufacturing our clothing to order minimizes wasted resources caused by overstock which later becomes deadstock. By producing on-demand, we use only the resources we need and keep unwanted garments from ending up in the landfill.
We also hope that by purchasing a garment made just for you, you can have greater confidence that your clothing was manufactured responsibly.
How should I care for my jacket?
All our jackets and sweaters are made from fine wools and natural fibers, so they are dry clean only. We recommend using a natural bristle garment brush occasionally and spot cleaning when necessary.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order and wish to request a return or exchange, kindly email us within 30 days of your delivery date. Only unworn items with original tags will be eligible for exchange or refund. When exchanging for a different size or color, please keep in mind your new item may be custom-made and therefore require additional processing time.

Do you offer any product guarantees?
It is our goal that you enjoy our jackets and sweaters for years to come. If, over time your well-loved garment becomes damaged, we offer in-house mending through our Garment Repair Program.
Do you ship internationally?
