Orders

If a product is made to order, it will be noted in the item description. This means your clothing is cut and sewn just for you, and it’s an integral part of how we minimize waste and deadstock. Please allow 5-7 business days for made-to-order items to ship.  All other orders ship within 2-3 business days.

At any point, feel free to reach out to us to check the status of your order and get a tentative ship date at orders@kristinacollinsclothing.com.

Shipping

All packages ship via UPS and FedEx. While we love the look of custom packaging, reusing existing shipping materials is one small way we remind ourselves to stay true to our mission of minimizing our environmental impact. As such, your order may arrive in a repurposed box, but rest assured it was packed thoughtfully with care.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order and wish to request a return or exchange, kindly email us within 30 days of your delivery date. Only unworn items with original tags will be eligible for exchange or refund.  When exchanging for a different size or color, please keep in mind your new item may be custom-made and therefore require additional processing time.
